Perhaps you’re here because…

When is it time to seek help?

You don’t have to reach your limits to start therapy. It’s enough to feel that something is weighing on you and that you’d like it to change.

Getting started

Four simple steps

The first message is often the hardest. From there, we move forward together, at your own pace.

  1. Get in touch

By phone, by message on WhatsApp or Viber, by email, or through the contact form.

  2. We find a time

I get back to you to arrange a day and time, at the office or online, and to answer any questions you may have.

  3. The first session

We get to know each other and talk about what’s on your mind and what you’d like to change. It lasts 50–60 minutes.

  4. We continue together

How often we meet and how long therapy lasts overall are tailored to your needs.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions I’m asked most often before a first session.

All questions
How long does therapy last?

Sessions last 50–60 minutes each. Therapy can range from a single session to several weeks, months, or even years. The overall duration is assessed and tailored to each individual case.

Are online sessions just as effective?

Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for many concerns, including stress, anxiety, and depression.

What if I can’t make it to my appointment?

Let me know at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule. If you can’t come to the office, we can hold the session online. If you miss your appointment without notice, the session is charged as usual.

How can I book an appointment?

Call me or send me a message on WhatsApp or Viber, email me, or fill in the contact form. If I don’t pick up the phone, I’m most likely in a session — I’ll call you back.
